Hello, MyÂ name is Hanako but your all more than welcome to call me Hana. I am relatively new to FFXIV been playing for maybe a year now but still am completely lost at some things...Till recently I was more of a World of Warcraft player and lately that has been a downer mainly because things become the same etc..

Bottom line is I really want to find a community (FC/Guild/etc..) that can not only help me further enjoy Final Fantasy but also help me play in its world. Currently I am on Leviathan as that's were I have a friend but I am mostly playing by myself so I do not mind if I have to change servers or start over to find a place I can grow as a player/role player/etc...

I have been role playing for several years started out on the old MSN forums, and still to this day rp either in skype, discord or my own personal forum that I have set up with friends. I'd like to make a few connections and just try and find a place I can belong...haven't found that yet so...if you'd like to comment on this with your own advice, adventures, etc... it be much appreciated.

Hey there, and welcome aboard to the RPC!Â Thumbsup

Being as how Balmung is locked down, your next best choice is to shoot to move onto Mateus, or potentially wait a month of two for if/when Balmung unlocks again. Either way, both servers have a larger RP presence and you'll be able to find much more than you would on Leviathan. Regardless, best of luck!

I see I may have to try it out, I was thinking of starting an alt on some of the servers and if I liked them bring my main to it. I am really interesting in a rp that has a concept like SAO or Log Horizon...i think it be fun to play that type of thing in the game. Though right now I'm kinda lost in terms of the games story considering I boosted monkÂ and the MSQ to play with a friend and now im so regretting it...I have no idea what to do in the game anymore..

Everyone should experience the main story quest at least once. Until Balmung opens up again, you can make an alt on Mateus and play through it there

Hi Hana!

Have you ever RPed on MuDs? That's where I've spent my eighteen-year RP career - on a couple of different MuDs. I haven't yet had the opportunity to RP in an MMO but I'm looking to rejoin FFXIV as soon as I can, so I'd love to hook up with you and write if you want. Smile

My character is currently on Pandaemonium but I think I'll change him over to Mateus (seems like the other RP-server, since Balmung the main one is full) to be on a server where lots of RP happens.

It was until they closed it off. Most established, most RPers, oldest economy

These days it's either Mateus for NA or Omega for EU. Though you could also try your hand at forum RP scenes to break down the server barriers
