Hiya everyone! I'm Lauren~

--MMORPG background
I've been playing MMORPGs for a few years, (about 10) and only actually tried RPing in them three years ago with FFXIV and Aion Online.
First MMO was Ragnarok Online... was addicted to that for four years. Then moved on to random MMOs that were free to play. I also have a tiny bit of experience with FFXI.
I played FFXIV for the first year of its release, then stopped. ARR Will be me, returning to the game after that, on the PS3. My computer can't handle many games anymore, sadly.Â

--RP experience
My experience in RP.... I've done chatroom RP, forum RP, tabletop RP and actual LARP.
So I've been RPing for 15 years now.

--Character ideas/info
.Uhh... None really... I tend to be really lazy on this part... But once I get to it, I only have an idea on how to act them out, and not much on a background or anything.

--How did you learn about the coalition?
Google!~

--What kind of a role-player are you aiming to be? Light, medium, or heavy?
Aiming to go for a Medium RP-er ingame.

--Anything from real life you'Â€Â™re comfortable with sharing? (Work, school, hobbies, etc)
I work in the videogame industry as a tester. My shifts are pretty brutal, having to be at work at 7am. But then i get off at 3:30pm and i have the rest of the day Ito do what I like~ Its a full time job, and has Overtime on a day to day basis, so my schedule can be a little hectic.
On Tuesdays, I have a DnD/Pathfinder group I play with. Been doing that for four years. So I most likely won't be online Tuesdays. At all.

Right now, I'm just looking to dive into the game and interact with other players on an RP basis. Get into a group and quest/level together.Â
I'm in on this game on my own. I got no friends playing with me, sadly. I hope to join an LS or Grand company soon-ish~ I will make friends~ Moogle

Welcome and hello~ If you need help fleshing out a character, I'm told there's a skype RP chat up somewhere. We also have some lore posts, as well as some hopefully helpful guides on general stuff. :)

Welcome aboard, and don't worry about not having any friends playing. I'm pretty much in the same boat. (As in, all the friends I have going into this game with me are online buddies, rather than RL pals.) Just pull up a chair and we'll all buy you a drink - or three. Wink

I have never LARPed either... but it looks really fun! (*mumbles* never tabletopped either... just forum and MMO...)

Hehe... I'm just a beginner at LARPing actually. Though I am planning on starting up a LARP with some friends of mine.Â
If you have a hobby shop nearby, you should check it out.

Tabletop ftw!Â I have an FF game I run that uses 3.5 D & D rules.Â TONS OF FUN!

DÂ & D wiki and google are a DMs best friends!
