On November 30th, Dawn Vigil will be handing out free Titan HM kills on Balmung for those interested.
We'll be sorting a list by who replys to this thread with interest in joining our event, first come first serve basis.

We ask that people intending on participating join us in mumble as we want to teach the fight to those who have little knowledge and answer any questions you might have as well as just to have fun with us.
Our goal is to make sure those running with us make it to the end of Titan alive! Smile

We'll be starting between the time 6PM-6:30PM CST. See ya then!Â Big Grin

Is there any gear requirement? Â I'd love to go on my warrior if there isn't. Â I'm sorely lacking in free time and I have the holiday off so this seems like an opportunity I can't let slip away ><

Sadly for War tanks if you are going to single tank it and not use DF (which is a waste of a good dps spot to be honest), it's best to be full DL. Rock Buster and Mountain Buster will own you without anything else. I didn't set foot into Titan HM until I was over 7k HP and still was taking big chunks due to the lack of mitigation even with Thrill and Foresight on.

Thank you for letting me know how brutal this is going to be. Â I do have the whole weekend off so maybe I can snag SOME gear to make this less unbearable ><Â

HOWEVER since the OP said it wasn't a requirement, I'm still going to throw my hat into the running. Â If anything, it will be an experience to enjoy and maybe I'll get to make some friends to play with when I do get a day off or two >< rofl

You won't be the main tank, so I wouldn't worry about it. Â Smile

Â Just make sure you watch a vid and have mumble, since that is the voice chat we use to coordinate. Â Smile

I would love to come (Nebula) , BRD full DL and iFrit bow. Try as I might Gurada won't give me her bow, then as soon as I go she drops it.

Also please include a friend (Ilwe'ran) who also wants BRD but can also come for repeat runs as Healer (SCR) if needed.

(EDIT) I now have bow +1 so don't need. However, I am happy to help others if you need a dps. Ilwe still needs his bow and knows the fight very well.

Just like to let those interested know that this event is very similiar to the one Blacklisted has hosted before in the past. DV will have a pre-made raid set up and we'll be bringing in one person at a time to get their Titan kill.

I'll try to catch up on my Relic kills by then. :O Sentinel's Ark has been more than willing to run it with me, but apparently I jumped on that one pre-emptively and failed them regardless. I feelÂ I'm kindÂ of like a burden to them. >.> Annnd I also feel really stupid.

So yah.

What Liadan said. Mumble is a must. (I think) I will be doing call-outs on Titan's ability rotation to make it easy for new(er) people to follow the fight and learn it so they can hopefully help others to do the same.
