MMORPG Background:

My very first MMO was RO and I outgrew the grinding. Dabbled with GW2 for a bit but I'm here to stay with FF14.

RP Experience:

I used to follow mini-RP sessions on Tumblr. But I've got no experience in-game.

Character ideas/info:

My character Nova is a disciple of magic who was banished from her homeland when her superior, a summoner, discovered that she conjured a forbidden spell to save a fellow apprentice. She has dealt with the humiliation of being ousted and stripped of her status when she moved to Ul'dah, where she hopes to restore her faith in magic.

I guess that's where you guys come in! I have an idea of how I'd like to develop my character but I'd like to get the hang of the mechanics first... Blush

How did you learn about the coalition?

What kind of a role-player are you aiming to be? Light, medium, or heavy?

Aiming for medium and seeing where it goes from there!

--Anything from real life you'Â€Â™re comfortable with sharing? (Work, school, hobbies, etc)

I'm an impending grad student. When I'm unproductive I like to hang out and dumb it down, etc. ;D

So please feel free to hit up Riley Moore in game anytime for an ooc chat or ic meetup! Also, there's an event tonight in ul'dah for the rp community to gather and learn more about the various fc's and ls's floating around. I think its 8pm est? Hope to see you there!

My character, Framboise Zakuro, is an Archmage and founder of an in-character linkshell for Disciples of Magic, Phoenix Down. If you want another LS to play in while you look for a Free Company, we'd love to have you!

If you are looking for a linkshell to get into while you settle into things, may I suggest the Coalition OOC linkshell (just post in that thread about available times to get you in). Â When I started on Gilgamesh, they helped me settle in and pointed me in directions of FCs that would fit my character.

As Fram suggested, Phoenix Down is a great LS for magic users, so do look into that as well. Â It might help you develop your character some too!

If you ever see me in game, feel free to chat me up, ask questions, start RP, etc. Â I never turn anyone away.
