Been lurking awhile, I figured I would at least say hello and start involving myself in the community instead of creeping through threads here and checking out the events taking place.
So here we go~
MMORPG and RP historyÂ
Been doing a bit of role-playing since the age of 16, coming from AOL chats, moving to Yahoo and eventually forums and into MMORPG, though I am my strongest not in an actual game setting, I do my best! Final Fantasy XIV is my third MMO that I have roleplayed in, I started in FFXI ( does anyone remember that? ), moved to City of Heroes, and here I am.Â
I was hesitant at first since I am new to this game, all thanks to my friend purchasing it, but it grew on me and I eventually did get a feel for the roleplay here. Moved from Gilgamesh to Balmung and enjoyed it ever since.
Character Info
Rivienne is an Elezen harboring a spirit that blooms in the wild. She is very much a woman of nature and attuned to all its beauty. Because of this, she is not quite fond of city walls much nor a mass population of people gathered in one area; under the boughs of the trees, and the open heavens, is what she enjoys most, and makes sense, she is a hunter after all!
Solitary life is preferable for someone like her, though that does not mean she isn't fond of some company. However. . is a bit standoffish, quite brutally honest at times and socially awkward. But once people see past her stern demeanor, she can become quite a valued friend.
How did you learn about the coalition?
I accidentally found it while searching for Balmung RP online.
What kind of a role-player are you aiming to be?
I am between medium and heavy; the weekends are usually the only time I can really do much in this game, I take a day to do some roleplay and try to incorporate it in everything my character is involved in. Whether she is out quest, crafting, fishing, whatever it may be.Â
Anything from real life you'€™re comfortable with sharing?
Let's see, I am 30 years old, have a wonderful companion and two crazy cats. I love doing graphic arts work ( though I am just getting back into the groove of things ) and love messing with coding. Yelp, that's it!
