I've ghosted around the forums, never really posted before, so if this is in the wrong place I'm really sorry

This might be an odd request, and not expecting much from it, but...Some friends and I are looking to start an FC up, and we'd like to get a housing plot for it to. That said, we're on Balmung, and the housing options there right now are...well, yeah, they're not there.
So we figured it couldn't hurt to ask if there might be any old or retired FCs we might be able to buy, with any house attached to it? Join, transfer ownership, and that be that...If anyone would know any way to help us with this, or know any other ways we could get started (aside from waiting for housing to be expanded again, which we may just do anyway :p ) I'd greatly appreciate it.
