Power.  In this world, in any world, it's the only thing that matters.  Once, we were Treasure Hunters, looking for the next big score to make us rich; make us feel important. That was before the Calamity.  Wealth did nothing; our vast collection of artifacts didn't stop the destruction. They turned to ash, became worthless at our feet. We know now, it was all meaningless.  The only thing that matters is absolute power. The power to protect Eorzea from any threat it may face is worth more than gold or jewels.  And we intend to get it, at any cost.  (For more information, please click on the tabs)

I haven't been active on the RPC for awhile because I spent 3 and a half weeks unable to keep anything down and had to take an extended break from the game because of it, but all is well now, though now I'm planning: NIGHT BLADES VEGAS 2015. 19 of us are all meeting in Vegas from September 24th - September 30th and since it's only a month away I have SO MUCH I need to do! As of this point, NB currently resides at around 70 members. The large FC has become recently even larger and I want to thank everyone for all their solid efforts and commitment to our community both in, and out of the game. We have achieved remarkable milestones in the form of not only owning a Large house, but continuously promoting our members within to keep up with the expanding demand, and the engagement of all the storylines, especially the main one, AND last but certainly not least, participating in what is evidently becoming an annual tradition of meeting up in Vegas (Go NBCon!). So a big shout out to my crew. You are the best folks a leader could have.

Guild Update for RPC (still kicking), taken from the NB site: With everything going on, it just occurred to me that last month, the guild hit it's 2 year old mark! Birthdate: 8/16/2013 An incredible milestone in any respect, and I just want to thank everyone for making that experience possible. The guild has gone through ebbs and flows over the past couple of years and I think I can safely say has seen a lot of people cross our doors. The Vegas trip is underway! Since we're dumb and Fanfest sparked going to Vegas as some kind of yearly event, 19 of us are getting our butts to Vegas in the next two days! Three of our guildies (Kimyo, Altaerith, and Umi) are already driving from Florida all the way to Nevada, and have been on the road about 24 hours at this point. We'll be there till the 30th. We're still around! We've gotten like 15-20 new people in the last month which made us very busy too! We're also about to start our new guild storyline, with the prologue starting yesterday. We're also planning a 12 hour Thordan Ex run on Thursday (WHY?) and a 24 hour Alex Savage run in January for charity (WHYYYYYYY) Yeah, we're pretty cool. Overall the NB has been the most active it's ever been. However, over the years a lot of our members have become reclusive due to some bad experiences. We plan on trying to remedy that and be less Xenophobic. As a guild, we believe we can ALWAYS improve and we're always listening to feedback . As a quick aside, my character ended up getting married in game last week, and while her official name is Armi Alliando-Muramasa, I still name changed to Armi Muramasa for a while. Hello, Ellion Kha, leader of the Night Blades here giving a monthly update and to inform any who may be interested, in watching a group of goons push content for 24 hours -for charity-. On January 7th at 6PM Mountain, 8PM EST, we'll be kicking off a 24-hour raid against challenging content for the kids. I'm doing this for the Children's Miracle Network specifically. I've been raising money for the Children's Miracle Network for three years now, and I'm proud of the accomplishments me and my team has made for it. All proceeds during that Hellathon -will- go toward the Children's Miracle Network-sponsored, Children's Hospital in Aurora CO (Here), of which I've been part of a team of around 70 people, that has raised approximately $97,000 for those kids last year, and around $45,000 for them each preceding year. For those that raid during this Hellathon, consider yourselves gaming for kids. Some folks may wonder (and suggest) I use extra-life.org as a charity center. I have heard of folks using Extra-life.org to fund charities through gaming, and while I'm aware of the site, the reason why I do not use it is because I have experience in handling my own charitable contributions for some time now. Right now I'm working on getting someone to stream the video (the core component) of the raiding. I will try my best to get that set up if people are interested in watching this and donating. Please be advised strong language is bound to happen often during the livestream. Content will be raided by goons who are not even close to hardcore so be prepared for many lulzy moments.
