There are several places you can snag rp as most of it is open world (at least from what I have run in to). The major cities (Ul'dah especially) are good places to start and be sure to check out the RP guilds on the server! There is also an event starting up with blind hookups (Not really dates unless you want it to be). It is meant to help people make more connections in game whether it be for friend, enemy, or something more. I know signups are closed right now due to the mass amount of people but it may become monthly (no official word yet).
