CHis name is Aymon Wollhundsyn, and he is here to drink and touch butts!... Wait that would be a reason to avoid him wouldn't it?

Jokes aside, as I make my debut on my first character I would like to build up a few good connections so I have a fall back for when walk up RPs aren't happening! A bit on Aymon: He is a half breed (Half Midlander Hume, half Seawolf Roe) that makes his living as a woodcarver and a mercenary. He is often found at various Taverns enjoying drink, gambling, being a loud (sometimes hilarious) smartass and sometimes a complete idiot (in good fun of course). He enjoys randomly brawling for the sake of just brawling, and usually ends said brawls by getting drunk with his opponent.

He's a mix between a teddy bear and just a very thick headed fighter. Most times he will do things just to enjoy life and the company of those arround him, other times he'll act in pure impulse which usually means throwing chairs or slapping bottoms without asking first (He wears those slap prints happily.)

For Free Companies, anythign could work unless you're expecting him to be a very rule abiding military type. He tends to do things his way and only listens to the gist of what they need him to do. He doesn't like Uniforms, he doesn't usually say sir or ma'am. He's a great asset for a team so long as they can handle his unconditioned and rather loose cannon ways.

For General Roleplay:

Anyone who enjoys drinking
Anyone who enjoys gambling
Anyone who enjoys sparring
Anyone who enjoys a smartassed pervetted comic relief
Anyone who enjoys muscular men
Anyone who likes drama or plot based around half breed
Anyone who enjoys drama period
Anyone period really

More serious plot: for these im not saying the plot, but if something interests you PM me and we can discuss it.

Anyone who is a medical practitioner
Anyone who protects the Desert of Uldah (usually Brass Blade associated)
Anyone who needs a guardian
Anyone who is also a half-breed Roe.
NEW: Anyone who was a former bandit in Uldah
NEW: Anyone who was a merchant in the last 8 years of Uldah that travelled between the settlements (not the capitals but all of the areas in the desert)

Embarrassing requests:Â I am too embarassed to type these publicly, but I will say these all involve some more risquÃ© stuff or things most people would need to discuss beforehand for comforts sake so if you want to know these just PM me and ask about them. Imma die of embarassment now!

Free Company: Â as said above, I am open to pretty much any FC if you feel he would fit in, however he is far from military trained and will be a major problem for anyone trying to get him to wear a uniform (he will wear the seal or something small but an entire outfit? Good luck.) and more often then not will screw up his appointed task in beautiful ways if it's not directly him punching something or repairing wood related surfaces.

As mentioned in another thread, Warren is associated with a weekly fighting tourney called the Grindstone that takes place in Central Thanalan every weekend. He's also a free paladin and self-styled protector-of-the-downtrodden, so while he isn't an official source of law enforcement he's always been open about keeping a look out for the people who need it.

Assuming I ever manage to come to the grindstone they'll probably meet up fairly fast. As for law enforcement, this is a very specific lore thing with Aymon.

Work is really busy and I don't have a lot of time to write up a new post, so I am copying this information from a former post. Smile

Wayfarers of Eorzea is technically a mercenary company even if they don't prefer to use that title. The members take jobs from either other players or we create them from an NPC. This can include IC dungeons with plot, investigation, silliness, escorting a NPC, etc etc. The FC created jobs usually consist of a DnD style Roleplay where it's up to your character to act and react to their surroundings and events.

Also, aside from the company board jobs, we have an ongoing plot throughout the FC as a whole. If you would like a teaser on what this consists of Stroud has posted a little something here.

Aside from adventuring, we run an IC tavern that is in the works before being opened to the public. Most of our casual RP happens in the tavern where the members talk, argue,drink, and have their slice of life RP. There is no standard for who can join so there are many people from different walks of life involved; even a family with children. We aren't military, we are a family bound by the struggles of life that we share together.

If any of this interests you feel free to send me a PM. Whether you want to be an adventurer, a bartender, or even just a refugee looking for a home, we would love to meet you even if you decide to join a different FC. Our doors are open to all.
