I created a polyamory roleplaying guide (though it needs to be tweaked and updated. BADLY) a while that some have used and referenced before (thanks Tiergan!). I have mostly lurked and viewed various events and projects from afar here on the forums aside from aforementioned threads. It's likely I know who you are because I've read your threads or posts but just never said anything. So, hello! ❖ What I'm Looking For... ❖ I have a number of RP partners as it is across characters and games. I am not looking for a main, primary RP partner. I repeat: I am not looking for a main/primary RP partner. I do not want to be the hyper-focus of someone's RP experience nor do I want to hyper-focus on another person's RP experience. I do not want all of my characters entwined with yours either romantically or with storylines nor do I want you to feel like I expect that from you. With that disclaimer out of the way: I have a lot of free time on my hands. I have a cozy job as a nanny where I can play on my laptop for hours at work while my kiddo hangs out in her room or is sleeping. I play my MMOs, RP on Skype or Battlenet, and scour the internet for whatever tickles my fancy. Where RP is concerned? I'm looking to build connections since I've been keeping to myself for so long and have felt my love for this game gradually rekindled. There's some I already have been working on RP with (Chacha ♥) and I have a variety of characters at my disposal for roleplay and other endeavors. All of them have some kind of story save for maybe one or two? Which leaves a lot to work with! Storylines, backstory connections, adventuring DM events, open world RP...you name it, I'd likely want to do it, have a character to supply, and have ideas to contribute! I'm especially happy if there's any forum or Skype RP to be had! Another small disclaimer: I am recovering from a bout of health problems and have been stable and in good health to continue moving forward. However, I sometimes have to step back and get myself stable which includes a variety of regimens from dietary correction, sleep, and healing myself from the regenerative properties that come from being an introvert. Doctor appointments are also becoming part of this as well. So if I do not answer your messages right away? It's not because I'm ignoring you and I will get in contact with you within 24 hours (usually only 12). ❖ My Characters ❖ ✿ =Seeking Friendship Connections | ✠ =Seeking Storyline Connections | ♣ =New Character/New Concept | ღ =Seeking Intimate Connections | ☪ =Seeking Familial/Backstory Connections | ➸ =Revamping Character Show Content Lilithium Rinannis Altair✿➸Lilithium Rinannis Altair: This is, by far, my oldest character across games, universes, and roleplays. However, this old girl is tuckered out. She has a wiki which is in severe need of an upgrade and I've been debating on retiring her after six years of roleplay. Until I make that official decision, however, I'm open to her meeting other people. Some people will recognize Lili as the creator and former leader of the Free Wing Society (now known as 12&7), hand-to-hand combat specialist, and all around mother-hen (though some would go as far as to call her a MILF). She's had a lot of wonderful adventures in Eorzea but with the recent death of her second husband? She's mellowed into a more somber but nonetheless pleasant character. I mostly roleplay her with those who play her children/close associates and my fiance but I'm open to her making and reconnecting with friends for as long as I still have her around! Show Content Sarameda Silverlark✿✠☪Sarameda Silverlark: Second oldest character next to Lili, Sara is also Lili's oldest daughter and the last remaining of the Silverlark family line. I recently wrapped up an ongoing story line where she got to discover her lineage that traced back to Ishgard on her father's side. With it came a lot of painful revelations, barely soothed by the fact she inherited some property and wealth. Sara is a bit shy though it's gotten better over time. She stutters, stumbles over her words, and is rather demure overall. I'm looking for people with connections to Ishgardian roleplay or who wouldn't mind joining Sara's story with their own or otherwise! She too has a wiki that is desperate need of an update. Show Content The Madame✿✠☪➸ღ♣"The Madame": This character has been remade, redone, repolished, scrapped, process repeated...and repeated...and repeated. Finally, finally I've settled on something. An enigmatic miqo'te with a chesire grin and a proclivity for speaking in tongues, her story is very unclear save for a vague snippet about having a sister. Anything else you'll have to see through roleplay Evil? Good? Who knows! She's like water: she'll fit into whatever mold she happens to be poured into at the time. Primarily, however, she's more of a criminal. Show Content Bane♣☪"Bane": Haw haw, yes, I've heard the Batman quotes a lot for this guy. Trust me, I get it! xD Bane is a xaela who has almost no origin story. He's extremely fluid in terms of what he does and what he has done. So far all he has is the snippet I created for him when I bought my medium for Lili: he was the manservant to an eldery Doman couple who owned the estate prior and requested to stay with the house even as it passed hands. Lili accepted the offer and he serves as the household butler now! I'm mostly looking for people who would like to entwine their story with his own or have them having known each other from times past. From there I hope to build more connections and possibly even a storyline from whatever background is concocted. Whatever else happens along the way? Excellent! Show Content Xelra Jinkjahl✿✠Xelra Jinkjahl: I've had Xelra for a while in and about the game. Originally created to be in someone's clan, she quickly has taken on a life of her own. From a traditional-yet-not-quite Keeper clan, she has two mates and a daughter whom she loves. Her life has drifted into something complacent and docile, which hasn't fit her nature at all. With darkened burns across her features, she had a rough period in life as a slave for a traveling circus before the kindness of a stranger helped her find freedom. For Xelra? Given her grumpy, more apathetic nature it'd be great if she could find some friends to interact with! Or those who would like to build storylines either form her time as a slave, in the traveling circus, or even from the gladiator pits where she spent a brief time as well. Show Content Theadora Roustebant✿✠☪ღTheadora Roustebant: Theadora has had a solemn existance. Plagued from a young age with the burden of simply being a Duskwright, racial slurs and insinuations that she was nothing but a thief or whore made the female jaded just under the surface of a saccharine smile. A fateful meeting with a Voidsent led Thea on a darker path that left her in a less then benign state. Prone to being unstable, she's one of my darker characters who isn't for the faint of heart. She's definitely someone to meet if you want interesting interactions though she isn't often found in the city-states. While I have characters outside of these guys, these are the main ones I have ideas mulled over for in my head. If you'd like to hear about the others? Fiddled very, VERY briefly in 1.0 ❧ Ran a guild or two, been an officer in most guilds I've been a part of. I run a guild in BDO and am an officer of my current guild (MP-RP, The Midnight Pearl. I may be able to find a connection or a plausinle meetup with Sarameda with my Rui character as she also has Ishgardian ties. Sadly, my wiki for her is blanked after lots of apprehension over her original concept awhile ago, but I would be more than happy to discuss the details with you if you're interested at all. She is a silent traveler (silent as in mute), is a little flighty or strange in the way that she doesn't always seem to be "all there", but she can be a real sweetheart and loyal friend. I'm also interested in some Au Ra connections, but both of mine are a little foreign to Eorzea at the moment, so I'm not certain quite yet how we could manage a meetup or ties to run with. Since the 15th of July I've had folks from MMO's visiting/around, my mother and stepdad coming over to house hunt from up north, my mother in law, my other in laws...FINALLY everyone is gone and the fiance and I have no more planned disturbances for the near future @_@ Which means I'll have more free time! Hooray! I'll be updating profiles and my opening thread over the week. Tidying things up, etc. In the meantime, I'm narrowing my search for RP partners to those able to be on/around between 7AM-3PM PST. While this is mostly an EU schedule, I've been finding myself with a lot of free time during the day at my job and am looking for folks who would be more readily available during this time frame My evenings are otherwise spoken for save for some odd days where I might be free which are usually spent doing things around the house, studying, or just having a little 'me' time.
