Yeah I have been trying to figure the name out myself.

I am keeping my character name Obei Kinstar, but it will not be my original male midlander, so maybe I should go with my real name

But if I go with my real name, no one knows who I am IRL, it would be kinda cool to show my friends IRL my name on the game credits.

I am keeping the name Obei Kinstar so maybe I should just go with that.

SO? are you guys thinking to use your toon name or real life name

We were hoping to use our character name, though we're considering changing her surname for ARR if it's an option, however there's been no indication one way or the other that it will be - so we're a little stuck at the moment.

I don't think it matters for me, as my real name is already pretty well-known and my character name is something of an open secret.

I signed with my real name. It felt more meaningful to me to sign as myself, as opposed to a character I just so happened to play.

Actually, I think I'm gonna pass. Considering how little I really played 1.0, I don't feel like I have a place in the credits, even though I technically qualify.

(That's not fishing for reassurance, just getting it off my chest.)

I'm still up in the air, myself. I'd rather have a familiar character name that's unique to me, and is mostly a one of a kind through all MMOs (as every MMO I played there has been only me on a toon named Moltove), but at the same time, my IRL name should be more meaningful, but there's a chance someone has it (though slim). Then again, who's going to read the credits, other than legacy members just to see their name up there? Hmm, but I do wanna take a screenshot and show it to my mom...>.>...yeah...she'll be proud.../sigh/.

I dunno, I'm a greedy whore, though...I want it all! muahahaha!
