You bring up fair points, but to put my opinion bluntly: FC leaders need to understand that they're in a leadership role and they should be ready to make a tough call. You can't play softball with everyone who isn't fitting in. Rules are there to be followed, and if they're not then /gkick. Making it easier to gkick people makes it also easier for new people to get into the FC if they're recruiting, because the FC leader won't be afraid that if it doesn't work out this weirdo will be around forever and everyone will have to awkwardly deal with him or her.Â
Be a leader. Do what's best for your FC. Don't be shy about it.
But that's just my opinion and personal leadership style. Everybody's different.
