Are many of the journal entries in game bugged or are they simply going for the absolute bare minimum of one entry now?

I don't know and I find it extremely annoying, especially since they made lots of effort in the writing of sidequests among others. But when you have 10 of them open, or return to them after a day, it's sometimes great  to have... well. A journal where you can get a summary of what it was about already.

I know, I actually read quest text. Shocking.
