About Us

Gilded Feather was founded 8/14/2017 with focus on Treacherous Crow's black market smuggling/selling business. He aims for rare and unusual goods, with a specific focus on Garlean goods and technology. He seeks those who can help claim and move said goods, research them, and appraise them. That is not all he seeks, however, as his front and source of meeting potential customers is within his warehouse and auction house, so aid in hosting such events is also something sought by himself.

We are an LGBT friendly group looking for more members interested in our theme & contacts outside of our FC. We run public auction events as well as upcoming FC-events for plotlines and jobs given to us. Our linkshell is not limited to FC members and is IC.Â We currently do not have an official FC house, but are currently using a private estate at Ward 8 Plot 22 of the GobletÂ for an FC base. We are trying to snag a medium house, but should that prove to take too long our backup is to convert the small into an official housing.Â

What you can expect from us:

A friendly group of people OOCly that aims to make everyone feel comfortable within the FC.
A focus on trying to get everyone involved in RP, especially if they're struggling.
A focus on both the FC's plots as a whole and individual character development.

I actually had a brief, casual chance meeting with one of your members last night, but when I checked their FC I didn't recognize it. Shortly after that I got an email with an FC Hall update and it was you! Small world, and maybe a sign. At first I didn't think I have any characters that could fit in, but then I got to thinking. I have a thief, a young thief who's real good at thievin', and he needs connections--well, more like friends or companions--if he's to continue getting by. The catch is he's a good thief, an honest thief, a Just Like Robin Hood type, so he would only join an FC of this nature if convinced it was for good. For instance, are the things acquired and sold here for shady people or used for a good cause? If his talent seems useful and he can be convinced of that (it doesn't necessarily have to be true, mind) I think he might be able to fit in, or at least shake things up a bit if he were to find out the business isn't as good as he was lead to believe.

I just published his wiki, so if you'd like to look into him, here ya go! I'll see if we can talk this out more in-game next time I'm logged in with him.
