As the title states, I'm considering jumping back into the game, after Omega didn't really work out as well as I'd hoped. I heard from a friend that Mateus is meant to be a good second alternative.
However, the issue I had when I was on Balmung, was that all the FCs and all of the events happening there, were not suited for EU-times at all. The FCs were alright with EU-based people, but the event times... not so much.
Are there any FCs out there that might throw events around during a somewhat more EU-friendly time-frame? Or maybe a wholely EU-populated FC? I've not made a character yet, so literally any kind of FC suggestion will do. Just toss it in here if you've got one!
