(CA-RP) is a heavy RP focused company with an ongoing company story. Our RP theme is homeless hungry vagrants with swords. Hello! I am Azure Rain. I would like to invite you all to join me in my task of reviving the Ancient Tribe of Menphina. In days gone by in the darker, more seclusive parts of the Twevleswood, there existed a tribe of were people who worshiped the goddess of the moon as their matron and mother. They were the Moonborn. But as the story goes, within recent days as onslaught broke out with the sylphs and finally their god, the lord of levin himself. The Moonborn found themselves out numbered and out classed. As their shattered tribe started to pick up the pieces of utter defeat. One Moonborn refused to give in to damnation and extinction of their kind. She was Azure Rain, one of the last remaining Moonborn. As only a small handful remained and the lord of levin's children still on the offensive she takes it upon herself to leave the only home she ever knew to venture onward to realms unknown to find the ones befitting the moon goddess, and taking the ritual to become Moonborn, thus restoring order and power to her people, and strengthening their magical borders so the sylphs cannot harm them ever again. For what primal could possibly challenge the power of the Moon Goddess, Menphina?Â

*To note, Moonborn is a tribe of moon worshipers in the Black Shroud, but they take many forms, Keepers of the Moon, Xaela, Hyur, but they all shall a common trait. All pureblooded Moonborn can turn to a "Were-form". The Werewolves of the Twevleswood is just not a legend. Whether they are werewolf, werefox, or what have you it matters not. They are all Moonborn. the wolves blessing is a company, sworn to help those in needs. by default they often work together with the grand companies, but at times will do things that are considered illegal by many, but especially by the city states. such things include venturing into old ruins such as amdapor, nym & mhach to search for more methods in healing, believing that within old or far away civilizations, one can find the keys to help their own people.

the wolves blessing is therefor always looking for people interested in such research, no matter if they are healers or not, since a healer does not always know how to fight, people who are well versed in it are also sought out ( same goes for people dwelling in black & red magic, or researchers & people from foreign places as well, in the end the FC is supposed to be open to a big variety of people ).
event wise the FC is young & still planning, ideas are however open events on the streets of the city-states where they help people for none-profit. probably an illegal black market of knowledge exchange would also be conducted.

Rage of Halone <> [Mateus]

We are Her shield! We are Her spear! We are Her Rage and we shall know no fear!

IC: Until but recently, Archbishop Thordan VII held absolute power over the Order of Our Knights Most Heavenly, binding them to his will just as the Great Wyrm Nidhogg had bound the Dravanians to his. Sworn to serve the city, they were. Sworn to serve in a war without end.

It was during this time that a handful of Ishgardians, unconvinced that the Fury would condone ignoring the rest of the Realm in the wake of the Calamity, formed a secret militant order - the Rage of Halone; a Free Company that could reach beyond the walls of the Holy See to aid the Realm in its struggle against the Garlean Empire. They worked as labourers, mercenaries, privateers and soldiers and settled in Limsa Limnsa, which became a base of operations for their group. After proving itself time and time again, the Rage found a place for itself within the Maelstrom, serving as an auxiliary unit.

Gaius Van Baelsar was eventually defeated and the Garlean forces quelled, but the same could not be said of Thordan or of Nidhogg. In Ishgard, still people fought, still people died and for what? Hearing of Alphinaud Leveilleur's plight, the Rage allied itself with theÂ Scions of the Seventh Dawn, crossing the gates and walking the steps of faith once more into Ishgard. There, slowly but surely, with the help of brave Ishgardians and none other than Aymeric de Borel himself, the Rage was able to expose the orthodoxy's lies.

With both Thordan and Nidhogg now dead, the Dragonsong War has ended. Bonds have been broken and wounds have begun to heal. Ishgard rebuilds. Yet a Storm of Blood brews in the the East and all eyes turn to Ala Mhigo...

OOC: Hello, everyone. My name is Akira Ikari. I am the leader of the Rage of Halone, a Free Company I have been meaning to found for quite some time. Unfortunately, many of the friends I used to play with locally (IRL) are gone now and so too it seems for the friends I had in game, so I thought I'd give it a shot and try to get a new group together.

<>, I'm hoping, will be a light-to-medium roleplaying Free Company of adventurers loosely tied to Ishgard and Limsa Lominsa. I don't have any plots or specific stories in mind, but I'm open to any suggestions. Roleplaying could happen in FC chat or in Linkshell, either is fine by me. I look forward to seeing some fancy writing.Â

Otherwise, I want it to be a place for all sorts of people to come together and play; a place where they can build camaraderie and help each other. I love playing FFXIV, but I often feel alone in the game. I want to offer people a place where they don't have to be alone. I'd like to get to a point where we can clear end-game content together and do all the fun things that bigger FCs do, but even if all you want to do is roleplay and level alt-jobs, that's OK.

Ariun Hounds [Balmung]

Prior to the Calamity, siblings Xiu, Aiday, and Dayiir served in the Ariun Hounds sect within their villageâ€”a group of priests and warriors dedicated to ancient magicks and superstitions revolving around the god of the red moon. Following Dalamudâ€™s destruction at Carteneau (of which they had little knowledge), the threeâ€”spearheaded by the eldest, Xiuâ€”traveled to Eorzea on a sacred pilgrimage to recover a fragment of their fallen deity. There, they would ultimately learn of Eorzeaâ€™s beast tribes and their gods.

Armed with this knowledge, their final goal is to gain enough devotees to resurrect their dead god, hoarding the crystals touched by his essence with a fanatical jealousy within their reclusive Red Cathedral.

The Ariun HoundsÂ Â«AriunÂ» is a cult FC focused around the customs and rituals of the Dalamiq tribeâ€™s Hounds of Ariunâ€”a religious sect originally formed to protect theÂ Xaela village from physical and spiritual threats.

As a roleplay group, we are committed to cohesive, lore-strict plotlines and long-term RP, along with helping to expand upon and fully realize our individual membersâ€™ stories. With this in mind, we seek to integrate each and every member into the overarching story of the FC while acknowledging their personalities and skillsets. We strive to give everyone their chance to shine and stand out. If your character does not have a fully-fleshed out story (or any story at all!), we are more than willing to lend a hand in helping you develop them.

We are also pleased to announce that Ariun can offer housing to its members! We own a small house in Shirogane with dreams of upgrading in the future.

Characters (and players) must be 18+ to apply.
Xaela are preferred, but (with the caveat that they will receive a closer degree of IC scrutiny) all races are welcome to join.
Your character does not need to be evil-aligned to join. Character alignment has no bearing on the acceptance of an application.
Ariun prides itself on its adherence to the lore and worldbuilding of Final Fantasy XIV. By no means do you have to be a lore expert to join: a willingness to learn is all thatâ€™s necessary!
