In addition, can those of use preparing in advance meet somewhere, such as the first(top) floor of The Bobbing Cork? Would be nice to set up a party to see who we have. I encountered two people just now but they seemed to be half in-character, half-out (?) I'm no sure if I was wrong to greet them OOCly but I imagine the planning should be done as so ;;

Alot of events worry about not having enough players. This is definitely the opposite of that problem.

Best of lucky Kylin! Much too many people for my taste. It's admirable that you're trying to manage them though. Hope it turns out well. Maybe I'll try again next year.

I'm sorry, I'm going to have to bow out of this. It is a bit too chaotic and confusing. I'm not sure what is going on. I do wish people the best of luck however with the event.

Wonderful to see such a large turn out. I couldn't stay very long due to the massive crowd but with how many people showed up that is a great sign!
