Elle hasn't really frequented Limsa a whole lot, but she doesn't have to avoid it like she used to, so there is a possibility of running into each other. ^^

Elle does visit the Shroud occasionally. A couple of her more elusive friends tend to hide there, so she might see you around. ^^

  • Mistaken Identity - they think the other character is someone they know, great way to get them to compare them self against your made up person

I've actually used a mix of two of these to get into a group rp that another FC was holding at their house, by having Elle try to deliver a message to someone who didn't live there. It was embarrassing for her, but funny for me.
