If the client were available one would likely have to look at the beta forums in order to get it. I can't say this for certain, but I have heard and seen things.

Check out the beta forums and follow the instructions for the download/patching process, if you've got access. ^^

I was able to download the client on Friday. If you have access to the beta forums it should be under getting started.
