I will attend, and offer free samples of my Goldsmithing to any takers in the RPC, at any tier of material, up to and including Electrum. I will be bringing along basic materials, this time, and not completed items, so I will be working on demand. Certain items may not qualify as free samples, due to scarcity driven high cost, and people will be limited to one item per person.
First come, first serve, and I'll be closing the offer after I've grown sick of handing stuff out (25 min - 50 max) freebies made and handed out.
I will have my hands full getting the materials arranged to do all of this in a timely manner, so I'll have to pass on a formal staff position.

I'm completely new to the community and don't have any high-level characters on the server yet (started playing 2 days ago, on another server). Would it still be OK if I showed up today for the event? I think it's a nice event to get to know some people. Unfortunately I'll probably have to show up in the starting gear...

Not only is it okay Mio, it's welcomed whole heartedly. We'll even be escorting people from Zephyr Gate to Costa Del Sol starting just before the official start of the event. So even being in starting gear, we'll get you there so you can enjoy it.

Thank you! So I was correct about the time.
I tried to contact Matthias or Rock in-game (if it's okay to ask OOC questions there, that is) but I couldn't find either of you in the player search/friend request function.
I wanted to ask when should I queue up at the gate the escort is starting from? So far I've quested in a compeltely different area with my Moogle character, so I'm unfamiliar with this area and the time it'd take to get to the meeting place.
