With the Calamity Salvager I think you must have been a character available to have received the item at the time.
(ie I can't get stuff like the ghost costumes since I joined Nov 30)

I have an alt character BLM with a relic, so I can buy the relic for Ruru....? LOL! But clothing is limited for me as well (also joined day after Thanksgiving).

Girly clothes? Didn't they just add some new crafts for stuff like that? I don't know if you did the Valentine's Day Event but that's one, then, like I said you have new crafts like the Spring Dress, which, while I wouldn't call it "cute," it definitely shows a lot of feminine charm, and I've seen a couple mix it with other things as well. Some of the good, rarer articles of clothing people hardly know about can be found in dungeons, like Coatees. =] Not sure if I answered your question but yeah. XD

They added one skirt and one dress that can be combined together made by weavers, I think? But they were pretty expensive last time I checked. Somewhere around 140k.

If I understad correctly those are 3 Star crafts and in order to do those a lot of people needed to get the new i70 craft arms or older ones pentamelded etc to meet the control requirements.
And then there's also the really expensive books. ><

You can try for the leave and something of wild theme, may be this would work for a change.
