How do you make them? MSP is super weird to me since there aren't layers or pen pressure, so it's always great and interesting to see someone doing such a good job with it

I use the crayon brush~!

The crayon brush in MSpaint really makes the colors spread across easier. I usually draw an outline with a blue color then I just color over everything with the crayon tool. You have to draw the background first, because MSpaint doesn't use layers. 

Even so, I think you can make some really detailed stuff if you try. Here's a serious picture of Halone I'm working on:

That's so cute! When I was a kid I used to be like that with a friend in every damn game, we would argue if one had even 1 exp more than the other... good times...
