I dunno, but let me know if you find out! I dunno what color I'd make my racing bird (red), but I'd love to have the option when I decide on said color (red). I can only hope it isn't "feed them vegetables 2.0", though.

... Or something more convoluted along the lines of FF7-style racing bird breeding.

Odin

Ramza

Chokeaho

...I'm lazy when it comes to naming pets and mounts.

Frankly it's not as important to me as dyeing my regular chocobo - if you can call that important - but it's still something I'd like to try, even if the colour I have in mind was something I rashly decided upon. I'd LIKE to think that they have made the process easier though somehow I doubt that.

Still... even if it involves the same process, I'll probably go for it... even knowing this may only be a phase that wears off soon enough.

Kino's chocobo is named Hermes, both for the infamous Greek god who is, you know, super fast, and for Kino's namesake, who rides around on a talking motorcycle named Hermes.

Kara's regular Ride-a-'bo is Dumpling. I don't think I have a real reason for the name... maybe I was thinking about chinese food at the time >_>;
Her racer is Outlaw Prince.

Let's see... Gardener has Alcea, Luc'a has Spindle, Tinne has Jolly, <this guy> has Pearl... I think that's all I have right now who have 'bo's.

Gogon now has a racing bird. I kinda blanked on the options and remembered Brave Biscuit... so now I have Bonbon Belle. Blush
