RE: EU Roleplayers - Almil - 07-01-2013 Hey all. EU player here too. But I don't really have certain time for when I'm awake and online.... Like lately I've been inspired on my "work/hobby" so I've messed up my nights and go to sleep early morning and wake up in afternoon. (right now its 2am and I'll probably still stay awake for another hour or two) Anyways I probably need to correct my days and nights again soon so I will probably mostly be online EU time when the game launches....we'll see. Depends if I ever find a real job ![]() Problem in v1.0 RP (to me) was the lack of active EU RPers. And most RPC events started like 2am my time back then, so I rarely could take part in them. The lack of RP at my hours kinda pushed me to give up RP and finally whole game. So I am hoping for some change to that in ARR ^^ EDIT: forgot to say that I am on Balmung like many others, but I might make character elsewhere too. But my main RP will probably stay Balmung. RE: EU Roleplayers - Asyria - 07-01-2013 I'm not European but I'm off work for several months still I think so my afternoons (your evenings) are still free for a while. RE: EU Roleplayers - Xeon - 07-02-2013 Hello, as a fellow eu player i wonder how many of us/you are gona be on Belmung? Wound be awesome if there is enough so it doesen't feel empty during "eu" times. RE: EU Roleplayers - Khaze'to Zhwan - 07-02-2013 Eu person rolling on Balmung and from what I have gathered there will be a number of us around when those across the pond are tucked up in bed.  You are not alone ![]() RE: EU Roleplayers - Mycroft - 07-02-2013 I'll just be hopping betwixt servers like a rabid ferret it seems.. Oh well, at least there is likely to be no shortage of entertainment when such is the case. RE: EU Roleplayers - Y'hmir - 07-02-2013 Also on EU(GMT+1) and I'll most likely be on Balmung with one or two characters, as well as doing some server hopping to keep up with other friends. RE: EU Roleplayers - Taeh Niumoenwyn - 07-14-2013 Another EU (UK specifically) roleplayer here. Received by beta invite a couple of days ago and have to say that in my view the game is a lot more playable and enjoyable than the original release. I've not decided which server to play on yet, perhaps I'll create a character or two on both Balmung and Gilgamash.  I'm likely to go where ever the largest, or just large if more than one server, EU roleplay community ends up.  I must admit to have some concerns due my  experiences  playing EQ2 on the Antonius Bayle (RP) server which was NA based; so if one of the EU labelled servers has the largest / a large roleplay community I may end up there. Despite being a legacy player I only played the first inclusive month and don't think I have a character I can continue with, even if I did I'm going to start fresh. RE: EU Roleplayers - rynsan - 07-14-2013 I'm an EU (UK) roleplayer. ot on the roleplayer servers for closed beta but will be creating mine on Balmung for open beta/launch. ^^ RE: EU Roleplayers - Clover - 07-14-2013 (06-25-2013, 05:04 AM)Koko Wrote: I'm Spanish (GMT+2). So yay, Europe. And I am going to most probably, with 99% certainty going to be on Balmung.A Spanish player whose nick is Koko...? Did you perhaps play in Pandora? (Just in case you did, I'm Lily!). I apologize if that's not the case; I guess I'm too excited to find familiar faces here ^^; As for the topic itself, another Spanish RPer here, server of choice will be Balmung. I wonder if EU players could do anything to keep in contact. Maybe a Linkshell or something? I don't know how those work because I'm still a newbie at the game, but I've heard you can join more than one. Exciting, ![]() Not EU, but GMT +8 and rolling on Balmung, ![]() RE: EU Roleplayers - Taeh Niumoenwyn - 07-15-2013 (07-14-2013, 12:29 PM)Clover Wrote: I wonder if EU players could do anything to keep in contact. Maybe a Linkshell or something? I  definitely think this is a good idea.  I haven't tried to look through every thread to see if there are discussions about roleplayers in general or EU roleplayers in particular having plans to keep in touch via one or more Link Shells.  However, unless anyone knows better I'll start a thread about this for EU roleplayers. |
