Knock it off, Poser and Daz3D are in their own respective art classes, I mean without Poser we wouldn't have the Dead Fantasy series. What? you think that guy modeled that stuff? lol, no, he's just one hell of an animator. So knock it off guys, really, it's not worth it. Agreed, and thats the entire point ![]() Re: Shameless Artistic License - Tadir - 09-16-2010 I already said okay. I assumed specifying that my set-up included choosing models and items, and not texturing and modeling (as well as specifying that I'd need to obtain resources, instead of create them) got the point across.Yeah, but the opening post of this thread implied nothing of the sort. All you had was the following with a really pretty picture. So, please include a disclaimer in the future as I'm sure you do on your Deviantart account. Chveya Wrote:I has taken it. You spelled that wrong. Re: Shameless Artistic License - Chveya - 09-17-2010 Gossamer Wrote:Yeah, but the opening post of this thread implied nothing of the sort. All you had was the following with a really pretty picture. So, please include a disclaimer in the future as I'm sure you do on your Deviantart account. I've apologized to you twice now. What do you want, blood? I don't see any reason to go into mad-specific details when I post a piece of artwork. If you -want- them, ask for them. You didn't. You asked how long it took. I'm not a mind-reader; I have no idea what you really MEAN when you ask me something. All I can do is answer what you ASKED. I don't need a disclaimer when I'm posting a -picture- that I created, using a program and resources that I own. That's like posting a painting, and adding "Oh, but I didn't make the paint, or the canvas! Sorry!" Re: Shameless Artistic License - Gossamer - 09-17-2010 Um, actually I didn't ask you any questions. Besides this current issue, all I had contributed was a compliment. I think you've got me mixed up with someone else. Nor did I ask for "mad specific details". I really don't appreciate you biting my head off. I guess I just don't understand. What's the problem with saying: "Hey, the model isn't mine" or "This was done in poser" in your first post? That way the obviously unintelligent people like me, who had not known such a program existed beforehand, would know better than to mistake what you've done as 100% your own work. I'm sorry, but your response above makes it hard to believe you're not perfectly happy taking credit for work you did not do. Re: Shameless Artistic License - UnbeknownstGhost - 09-17-2010 Silence is key. Hows about we stop raging now? |
