Torvhan was too young at the time of the Battle of Carteneau to participate, as such he has spent the first few years living in Ul'dah working as a squire in the coliseum until he was old enough to join the Gladiator's Guild.

Bea stayed behind, learned some things and fucked up her face. Seriously, though. I'm really looking forward to the characer interactions between those who were ported and those who stayed behind. That shit is going to be tense.

My old character from 1.0 time skipped. But my main for ARR will have lived out those five years normally, so that's where I put my vote.

Zaeira did fight enough that she was carried forward, but Rievienne couldn't bother herself with the battle, so she ended up living out the 5 years.
