RE: Love on the Sands - Unnamed Mercenary - 07-16-2014 *Totally with Kage on this one* ...besides, assuming Merc remembers his wife/finds a way "home", how in the hells is he going to drag Kage into Garlemald? And not get the both of them killed in the process? lol I guess Merc is gonna have to "take responsibility" for everything. /tongueincheek "Kage, we're going to Garlemald. Now. Just...pretend Askier recruited you or something" RE: Love on the Sands - Coatleque - 07-16-2014 Alright... Crofte is in. After everything else she'll need something to lift her spirits. RE: Love on the Sands - Andrea Jackson - 07-17-2014 Beh, assuming the schedule is something that allows me to participate (as I work nights and two out of three days on the weekend), I'll toss AJ into the mix. Crofte and Warren, each slow-dancing with another person, moving across a crowded ball room and unable to take their eyes off one another. It's a wonderful image. Warren is unable to bring himself to look in her eyes, grumbling something about "just getting it over with" and tentatively reaching his hand out for hers. There's a moment that takes an eternity and then they touch, fingers lacing together greedily at first, then naturally. He manages to raise his eyes as far as the jewel on the collar, waiting for it to light... ...but it doesn't. He looks up, the same shocked expression mirrored on the woman standing before him. Before there are words there's another hand tugging at his free one and an exclamation. "I got the paladin! Yaaaaay!" He is pulled away, unable to speak, his hand still reaching out as someone else moves to join her. |
