Nathan will flirt with just about any lady with half a sparkle in her eye, and who lets him.
But beyond his Lottie lady, there are a few women that he has been attracted to, and still remains friends with. These aren't so much crushes as they are open admiration. Some if not all of them are taken, after all, and he's happy for them. Funny how that works - few people seem to be quite as happy with friend zones as Nathan is.

Oskwell didn't have much to do with relationships (until he got married, at least) so he's pretty crush-free. Black Jack, on the other hand, is crushin' on...

M'sato's crushes are sneaky and usually short-lived. He'll admit freely when he's attracted to someone, but an actual crush, to him, involves something that's also emotional, and normally he backs away from that to let it cool off without really noticing he's doing it or why.
Who he crushed on:
-Armi Alliando (first crush, first love, first heartbreak)
-Haru Qwey (ahahahaha Oh god this one ended fast)
-Loki Aethertide (first crazy, mind-bending, make-you-feel-like-an-awkward-teenager lust, cooled off in recent days)
-Stanzie Ryhees (kind, cute, and blindingly intelligent. Never even told her. Happily awkward friends these days.)
-Reina Dancer (Second love, and cut deep at the end)
These days, he's not even bothering. At all. For the time being, he doesn't think romance or relationships are worth the hassle.

Seiko was a big, dumb tsundere about her first* crush and he disappeared before she could tell him how she felt. It would not have worked in her favor anyway, he was still hung up on an old flame and they had little in common other than a love of sweets. They are good friends, though.
Learning from that experience, she handled the next one with more maturity (but not much grace) and eventually married Crush #2.
*first crush was ninjadad but it was short-lived since she got daughter-zoned by their second meeting and he didn't swing that way

Well I guess Kurt had like one on Adeya really but that kicked itself out the window very fast. And uhh hmmm...no one else really. Tatsu, but then that sorta imploded shortly after they became a thing.Â
For Ramona well just a small bit of interest in Tia you know...N'velhi Tia.
Keil had none. He's all screw crushes I'm in love with V'ari.

Lacey has had a huge crush on Thancred (the npc) and has commented to her boyfriend how much they're alike. He takes it with good humor.Â

Brianna-Though I don't know if I'd call this a full blown out crush, then a companionship between the two. Though he does admire the woman's interdependent and strong willed nature.
Sounsyy-He enjoys the woman's company, and he enjoys kicking her rear in competitions even more. (that is right Sounsyy 2-0 where you at girl =P)
Celestus- The two have connected in some way. He is just trying to figure why.

Leanne doesn't crush unrequitedly! The only crush she had poofed very very quick. Besides that one, Leanne is too distracted with her activities, stopping her from thinking about others romantically.

Matthrian's lance : It's...Complicated. (Half kidding but he does think his lance to be more of a person or piece of something than just a weapon)
Aside from that, he's very closed off and has eyes only for one.
