Even if it's a different setting, we'd still be the same races. High School Eorzea. HSE. Team Moogle! Gooooo Moogles! RE: Your Character as a School Student - Caspar - 06-18-2015 I think I did a thread like this a while ago. Virara would be the sukeban or female delinquent gang leader. Barring that just any kind of female gang leader or delinquent. She'd have been from orphanage background, or raised by some kind of dojo family. Though short, she's feared for her inscrutable demeanor and always going below the belt. Her stares send delinquent gangs of women and men alike from other schools fleeing for their lives. By her second year, she'd already have gathered similar short but scary women to her and they'd squat and smoke/play dice outside of the campus gate and terrorize passerby. However she feeds the neighborhood cats and helps her landlady clean the apartments. A filial daughter who studies hard and hides her high marks from her friends, especially in Home Ec. Her room is super pink and girly due to the influence of her close friend. Secretly, her future career goal is housewife or professional chef... Maybe Vira is just a "fake" delinquent like from Angel Densetsu, or Sotomura-san; they look evil and people assume they're up to no good just by their appearance. RE: Your Character as a School Student - Kurt S. - 06-18-2015 Kurt'd be the guy who isnt exactly taking notes in class as he is more drawing random shit or maybe working on some flowchart thing of this new thing he's making. He'd probably have zero interest in anything without numbers attached to them or languages. But by some miracle he manages to barely pass every semester. Ramona...$$$ through everything. At least, background wise she's a kind of snarky rich kid. She'd have a natural aptitude for learning things, it's just that she's just lazy. RE: Your Character as a School Student - Ryanti - 06-18-2015 Ryanti would probably be a prep that associates himself with every kind of sport, but doesn't participate in any. He'd be the guy that does theater and band. But in band he'd be playing the violin or something. He'd be a rich kid from a well-to-do neighborhood that impresses the ladies with his showmanship but has the men questioning whether or not he's gay. Then he'll have the inevitable falling out phase where no one accepts him anymore, so he joins the nerds/metalheads in the back of the class and talks about Pokemon despite still being in plays and playing the fucking violin. He's known as 'that guy' from that point forward. Bounces from group to group instead of belonging to one. Becomes his own unique force in the classroom that influences the groups he meddles with on any random day, therefore becoming known everywhere in his grade but not in the grades above or below him. Makes high B's and low A's on everything except for Math. Highest grade is English because he's teacher's pet with the English teacher. In this picture of stereotypical high schoolers, the dude with the scarf. ![]() tl;dr: Anyone in Ouran High School Host Club. RE: Your Character as a School Student - Anzio - 06-18-2015 Pascal would by your typical loser that gets expelled after a couple of years of skipping, doing drugs, and getting into fights, even though he's not that bad once you get to know him personally. Anzio would be a spoiled rich kid who comes off as a know-it-all dickwad with a serious dose of holier than thou, but is actually pretty just underneath all his glamour. He would be a class rep or a member of the student council for sure, and likely either absolutely loved or hated. A nerd deep down, though he manages to always have an entourage of jocks and bullies like Kale around. A'nzil would be that loner kid that always gets beat up and is average in most of his classes. People find his speech impediment annoying so they avoid him. His few friends are close though. RE: Your Character as a School Student - Amielle - 06-18-2015 Ami would be the odd girl that arrives and leaves with her dad, and doesn't really talk to anyone while she's there. Â She would study in the classes she's present for, but mysteriously not be at some other classes at all. RE: Your Character as a School Student - Aaron - 06-18-2015 I figured i'd be that guy and type up a story for everyone to read while the patch is going. So without further ado I present a short piece of Final Fantasy High School Edition from a detached 3rd person view. Ahem (Used modern tech to make it easier on my writing and reality) also, I only used characters I sorta know about both IC and OOC. But if I missed you I apologize, I wasn't trying to make a novel and I still love ya and stuffs. Writings also a little rusty. ---------------------------------------------------------- A lean built white haired with black tipped fringe cut and messy haired man walked down the concrete rectangular pathway into the courtyard of the multi storied school. Silver white eyes looked a little less then enthusiatic as a quiet yawn escaped his thin lips. A black one strap bag slung over his left shoulder held up by the strength of his index and middle fingers wrapped tightly around the strapping. A crisp cool fall breeze wisped over the colorfully dotted trees scattered here and there around the courtyard of various oranges, yellows, browns and reds. The several story high school standing proudly off in the distance in front of the young man as he dragged his half asleep self through the gates. "I knew I should have missed today. . . " Aaron said exasperatedly under his breath, he was the type of kid who missed a day or two every week, walked late into first period everyday and sat down like nothing happened, and still was passing all of his classes. Some people thought he cheated his way into high school, others thought he was just naturally gifted. He himself? He didn't even know he was passing all his classes until he'd checked his grades last month. Black boots tapped the hard concrete ground with a soft thump of each step as he walked slowly, but surely. "Aaaaarrrooonnnn!" A feminine yet peppy voice sung to the young man as he looked half assed over his shoulder, a bright blonde haired tall, slim woman with crystal blue eyes walked at a fast pace over to him waving. Aaron couldn't help but notice the vibrant red skirt she was wearing coupled with what looked to be brown thigh boots and a blue jean jacket with a red tank top underneath to top it all off. "Why do you always get to school late?? It's a miracle you made it this far!" She teased skidding to a stop beside him, the quiet snow head just stared at her before shrugging apathetically. "It's a miracle I've achieved a lot of things Aya." he pausd. "Me?" he threw a palm up dismissively along with a deep exhale. "I just call it luck. . . or maybe the teacher has a crush on me and just gives me grades to pass. I'm fine with either one actually." He shrugged casting his icy gaze towards the high school again. "Class hasn't started yet?" he asked curiously. "Nope! But at the rate you're walking you'll be late again and get detention! Betterstep it u--" Aya's voice was cut off by a more urgent and sharp one that echoed from across the vast courtyard. "Aya why are you talking to the emo boy!? Hurry up you'll be late!" A woman yelled waving towards the two, specifically Aya. Aaron deadpanned to the side, a look of disappointment on his face. "So i'm a emo now? That's cute." He rolled his eyes before trying to see who the woman was. "Is. . . that Leanne?" He squinted looking at the light skinned Miq'ote from afar, her golden slitted irises making identifying her easy from all the stories. Aya turned to him and nodded. "You know her too! Come say he--" "Not interested, besidesI don't know her on a personal level. But when you sit near a bunch of horny idiots who always talk about the girls sports teams you can't help but have the names Leanne and Chiyo stuffed into your ears." He scoffed pulling annoyed at his snow white hair. "It gets a little ridiculous. Anyway go on, before she decides to use her archery club skills on my face for keeping you." Aaron said just walking away. "O-Ok! Bye Aaron!" Aya yelled back to him before trotting off towards Leanne as they went somewhere else. It didn't take long before the five minute bell rang that Aaron was stopped by another Miq'ote girl. Dark skin, something akin to a bandaid slung across her nose and bright eyes full of what looked like conviction augmented by black hair. "Aaron! Why is it you come to school late every day despite making good grades!" She said running up to him in a reporter style voice, Aaron damn near faceplanted into the door as he was intercepted. "Is it true you wear black twenty four seven because you're an edgy teenage boy full of angst who listens to angtsy music! Why is your hair white? Do you suffer from Marie Antoinette Syndrome? Do you cut yourself at night? Is something crawling in your skin?" "Ghory! Please. . ." Aaron almost pleaded, a rare sight. White eyes closed as he opened the door before she could say anything else, shut it before she could enter, and locked her outside as she still came at him with questions. A sigh escapes his lips once again. "Why. . ." He just stands there asking why. Before trying to get to class once again. You know that one weird kid in high school that was always nice to everyone? The one who could barely know someone but would offer to hand deliver the day's assignments because they were out sick with the flu? Or the one that would give her lunch away to the kid who hasn't hit his growth spurt yet and got beat up and his lunch taken by the football team? Or the one who would offer to tutor said jerk jock in chemistry because he was failing and the school was riding his ass to pull his grades up? Or the one that found the weird goth girl crying in the bathroom because she got laughed out of class and would offer her a shoulder to cry on, even if it meant detention for a week for cutting her next class? That would be her. RE: Your Character as a School Student - Dogberry - 06-18-2015 Dogberry would be the stoner skater/surfer. Jeff Spicoli all the way. RE: Your Character as a School Student - g0ne - 06-18-2015 Well, Eleni would be the smiley friendly girl who'd want to get to know everyone. And she'd also be stupid or brave enough to step up to bullies. Of course, most importantly, she'd have crushes on like 99% of the male students? ![]() RE: Your Character as a School Student - Stormwind - 06-18-2015 Stormwind: Principle/ that hard-ass teacher that everyone more or less can't stand.
