Most heavy-looking DRG armor is gonna be dungeon gear or pricey crafted stuff, otherwise you've just got scale mail, chainmail and generic DoW stuff to work with RE: Lancing and Dancing Without Dragooning - Zyrusticae - 05-08-2015 Get your hands on some metallic silver dye if you're gonna wear the Wolfram set. Gods, I love shining metal armor. And I love those kinds of sharply inclined breastplate designs. Wish the game had more of these. RE: Lancing and Dancing Without Dragooning - Flashhelix - 05-09-2015 Metallic Silver is a good look, though Wolfram stuff is a set where just about any color looks good, due to the material. The weird part is that all colors are actually a shade darker on the darklight stuff. So if you want your darklight gear to match something dyed, say, deepwood green, you'll have to die it nophica green. Woad blue to match ink blue, etc. it's weird RE: Lancing and Dancing Without Dragooning - V'aleera - 05-09-2015 The darklight dungeon set for dragoons is definitely one of the better "heavy" armor looks, along with Wolfram. RE: Lancing and Dancing Without Dragooning - Chris Ganale - 05-09-2015 Darklight, wootz, and wolfram are about the only heavy looking armor DRG gets. S'why I want to collect the last piece (head) of darklight to join the Tin Can Club. |
