Hi there!
The name's Bozmuzogto Suzuzogto: Male, Lawful-Good, Plainsfolk Lalafell Gladiator/Paladin looking for work as a bodyguard or mercenary for anyone's RP needs.
Very, VERY new to the game and Final Fantasy Lore, but I have decent RP experience as an unofficial community leader/cross-guild RP coordinator for an RP server in WoW.
If there is a heavy-RP Free Company or Linkshell that is actively recruiting, please send me a link to your website or message me ICly in-game. I'd be delighted to do applications and IC interviews, but pardon in advance that I'm still fuzzy with in-game mechanics.
Trying to figure out where the RP hubs and weekly events are (I'm on Gilgamesh, btw). I'm still in Ul'Dah, but once I figure out how to go to other regions, I'll go to where the RP is. >.<

Well it seems I have the honor of being the first to welcome you to the community! Sadly I do not believe you will find too many bites simply because the majority of us are all over on Balmung. There was a split and a lot of the Gilgamesh players left, however I can not recall the site.
That said though, the RPC has never disowned Gilgamesh, nor its numeral skilled roleplayers! Hopefully you do find some individuals, and it is certainly worth taking a look in the top tab marked LINKSHELLS and sorting the FC/LS by Gilgamesh - one of the pictures at the top.
Regardless! Welcome, feel free to go ahead and start posting in the Making Connections for the best chance at finding like-minded individuals who may feel like a good match to your particular style of RP.

The website mentioned by Riordyn is gilgamesh-rp.com, and in addition to the Linkshell hall it might be worth checking the Gilgamesh Directory to see if there's anything there that interests you.
