[Legal] Document Archives of the Order of Nald'Thal - McBeefâ„¢ - 12-12-2016

The Archives of the Order of Nald'Thal are among the most extensive in the world. The Thaumaturges of Ul'dah are consummate record keepers, with books and scrolls detailing everything from taxes to genealogy to property rights for hundreds of years. Among their most sacred tasks though, is the keeping of official Last Will and Testaments. These sealed documents can only be opened by the owner, either by request or death. So sacrosanct are they, that even figures such as Prince Lolorito or her Grace the Sultana can leave their wills with the order without fear of tampering.

Quote:I hereby attest, upon pain of grave punishment in this life and the next, that these documents are true and accurate. All have been signed by hand, without duress, and sealed under the watchful gazes of Nald'Thal. May the twins judge them favorably.

Acolyte's Notes: Signer has a low amount of assets, but does not seem to live a life of significant danger. Low chance of death requiring vengeance, high chance of natural death. Hopefully she will have profited more by the time the Will is reopened.

Acolyte's Notes: Signer seemed overly concerned about dangerous groups such as criminal organizations, cults of renegade magic users, or foreign nations claiming his life. Treat any investigation into his death with extreme caution.

Unlike the other wills, this document is caked with blood, still glistening fresh. Whatever magic preserves the ink on the document seems to do the same with blood.

Drops of dried blood spatter this section as well, the writing done in a shaky hand
Acolyte's Notes: Signer demanded document be sealed in their own unique blood ritual as well as magic and wax. Was unfamiliar with process, required far more blood than expected. Signer threatened vengeance upon the Order of Nald'Thal if death instructions are not carried out quickly and accurately. If future blood seals of this type are required, Dunesfolk are not recommended to carry them out, too much blood... I'm going to lie down now.

Acolyte's Notes: Signer claimed their profession to be an aspiring supernatural investigator. I took their information, as any matters of aetherial or void related incidents will be of interest to the Order. Master To'Lohk knows we are available to aid any situation that may be beyond his resources.

Also, he seemed very confident he would have assistants by the time of his death. Judging by his charismatic nature, I am not inclined to disagree. Some manner of vetting system or record keeping may be required to determine the number and ranking of his assistants on time of death. Nunh's are always complicated.

Acolyte's Notes: Signer only respected displays of strength. Was forced to defeat him in a wrestling match before he would sign a will. He is in the habit of wandering the world and challenging strong opponents, there is a high chance he will not last until old age.

Second Note: Never wears a shirt or pants for some reason...
