New Azim Coalition - Nerashi Qalli - 07-30-2017  Introduction The New Azim Coalition was founded as a way for all Xaela in Eorzea and abroad to have a safe haven to return to on their travels. Currently located in The Goblet neighborhood of Ul'Dah, their property serves as a community center, hostel, and rest spot for members of Xaela tribes, wanderers, exiles, and everything in between. Hosting a tavern, hot springs, and a number of dormitories and other services, the coalition's homestead has become a favorite spot for traveling Xaela to stop at along their journeys, offering them a place to celebrate their traditions and heritage among others of their kind. The group aims to remain as neutral towards the complex affairs and relations between each of the Xaela tribes as possible, offering equal rights and sanctuary to those of any affiliation. While many may still hold the feelings and beliefs of their own tribes within their hearts, they are asked to put aside their differences and their blades when on coalition grounds. Out Of Character The New Azim Coalition is the Free Company extension of the Xaela networking Linkshell, The Xaela Collective, and is intended to be a welcoming place for members of any of the canon Xaela tribes, or those of players' own creations. Our Discord, Free Company, and Linkshell house over one hundred members of the server's Xaela population, so there is never a lack of RP to be had and new characters to meet. While anyone is welcome to be a member of the Linkshell or Discord without partaking in the Free Company's activities, the FC was founded with the intention of providing RP that was appropriate for all members of our networking groups, regardless of their heritage or affiliation, and we welcome even none-Xaela and those who choose not to be a member of any of our groups to partake in our public events within the New Azim Coalition's estate. What To Expect Community - First and foremost, we are friends and acquaintances coming together to celebrate the lore of our favorite race in the FFXIV universe. Expect laughs, comradery, and discussion. Those who find the scale of our overall community overwhelming may appreciate the smaller nature of the Free Company as a chance to get to know some key figures of the community more personally, and to partake in intimate events. Events - We plan to host a number of weekly events that are open to all (including both those in our Linkshell counterpart and those who are not,) though the Free Company is the place to be if you want long term plots and adventures with plenty of room for character development! Safe Haven - Just as in character we provide a safe haven to all Xaela, out of character we hope to ensure the same for our membership. While all are encouraged to be open, honest, and speak their mind, no member should ever fear for hatred or drama under our roof, and our mods are always available to assure that it is smooth sailing for both the Linkshell and Free Company.
