Mol "Elder Gods" - maoilmhin - 10-31-2017
Are the "Elder Gods" ever identified?  Are we supposed to assume that it is Azim and Nhaama? Or maybe Hydaelyn and Zodiark?

All that we know is that it's not Azim or Nhaama. They are who some of the other Xaela tribes worship. Other Xaela apparently make fun of the Mol for worshiping these elder gods instead of Azim or Nhaama as well, so other tribes must be familiar with them even if they're not revered.

The elder gods the Mol worship could refer to ancient belief in the Twelve, or a set of deities worshiped by an older, third Au Ra clan that Fernehalwes hinted towards. It could be something akin to the kami or an entirely different set of gods we've yet to hear about. Ultimately, we don't really have enough information.
