Hello Final Fantasy - ZephyrWilds - 01-04-2018
Hello. I just recently bought FF14, don't remember what made me think about it, and am prepared to RP. I am new to the game but not to the franchise. I do admit that lore of the franchise has always escaped me. And by no way am I new to RP. If anyone has any helpful advice to share I would love to hear it. Currently on Coeurl but would be more than happy to change worlds in order to have easier access to rp.

I don't know if there are any RP groups on Coerul, but right not the most active and open locations for RP are Mateus for the NA Datacenter, and Omega for the EU Datacenter.
For lore, I recommend you check out the Lore section of the forums. There's lots of useful information there!

What Liadan said's accurate. Your best best's on Mateus for NA primetime and Omega for EU primetime. There are little pockets of RP on other servers, but your experiences may vary. And then Balmung's seemingly closed until future notice or if our population ever stablizes.
For Lore, I'd start of with these! I've found they cover a lot of the basics. If you've got an questions that don't appear to have a thread in the Lore Discussion forum, I'd also always encourage a search and post! There is occasionally overlap in RP Discussion too, but that section is more opinions than cited sources.
