The Facets of Eorzea is a Free Company located on the Balmung server.  We are friendly, and welcome new players.  Many of our existing members are new to FF XIV as well.  We aim to be a primarily RPvE company, spending most of our time out in Eorzea exploring, questing and the like in-character, rather then spending too much time in "tavern RP".  We aspire to have our own company house and ties to many other companies .  Whether social, or out in the field, we prefer to stay in-character as much as possible.
