Hail and well met - Year - 07-30-2013

Greetings, folks. Just came across this community and thought I'd introduce myself. Hmm, where to start...well, I'm a 28 year old dude living in a smallish town in northeastern Nevada. By day(well, more like by afternoon to night), I help run the buffet at a local hotel/casino. It's okay, it's a job, you know? I've been a big fan of RPing for years, having done it in WoW, City of Heroes, Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Guild Wars 2, among others. I was pretty into RP back in the day but time and obligations mean I don't get to do it nearly as much as I used to. Still, I enjoy it and try to fit it in whenever I can.

I was pretty impressed with the FFXIV beta, so I'll be running around in-game as a kindly old Lalafell arcanist or conjurer, I haven't fully decided yet. Regardless, if you see Hof Tornello running around Gilgamesh, feel free to say hi. Big Grin

Welcome and salutations! I figured I'd keep the blank and blank pattern going... Yes! Glad you found us. If you need any help or have any burning questions, do feel free to ask. I'll also suggest a perusal of the 1.0 sum-up thread if you're not familiar with the game's lore at all. Otherwise~ why not start on a wiki and let us know about your character~?

CoH was magical, wasn't it? So many opportunities for different characters. Personally, my friends and I went around as a Power Rangers-style superhero squad. It was probably the most fun I've had RPing in an MMO.
