(I wrote a small opinion piece over in the Lodestone, so I thought I'd copy it over here. I was kinda proud of it.)
In two days' time. You know what happens? This gets WORSE. That's right. This is just everyone who pre-ordered and are trying to take advantage of the perks that SE offered.
This is just me. But I know of two people who are waiting for Tuesday to start playing. I know there are probably hundreds, if not thousands, who are doing the same thing. So if you think this is bad, I think Tuesday will be twice as bad.
But you know what? I don't care. Yeah, it's frustrating. I won't doubt anyone, and I don't take it away from anyone that they're frustrated. We've been looking forward to ARR since they said XIV was coming down and being completely rebuilt.
But the community that perseveres. The community that sees through it, seeking the little pockets of sunshine that is able to filter through all this turmoil and grief, that's the kind of community that I want to be a part of.
So I'm not trying to invalidate your arguments. I'm not going to call you a child. I'm not going to tell you to go to the Hater's Closet. I'll just smile at you, and I'll go hang out with the cool people in this game.

I am scared for release, but it seems I haven't had as many problems as others. I've managed to make it to level 30 through all the kicks, bugs and manteniences!!
 overall happy, love this game so much!

I'll stick around! But not being able to log in for a whole day! Was a bit rough! I had a snickers though. T.V said it would work. and it did!
