Restricted Servers - Seyhan - 09-28-2013
So, it looks like Balmung and Gilgamesh are restricted to no new character creations. The RP community have a 3rd place of interest ?Â

Patience, young Jedi. You will be able to create a character on the server soon enough. They intermittently open up character creation on all servers during different times. I would suggest coming back later on in the night and see if they allow it then. Like midnight-ish PST/EST.

I also highly recommend the early-morning. It seems more or less directly related to the current population of the server for character creation.

I'm not part of your community (yet), but Balmung came open at 3:28 am est. Confirming that as the best time to make!
