Since you're on Gilgamesh, I highly recommend taking a look at

Its a linkshell dedicated to collaboration.
Aside from that, that RPC has a lot to offer so I take your time to get a firm grasp of all the tools at your disposal. http://ffxiv-roleplayers.com/misc.php?page=welcome has a general over view.
As always, the RPC is by roleplayers for roleplayers, so if you have questions, comments, concerns, you can voice them here, start a thread, or even send people a tell in game.
