Retainer Level - K'nahli - 03-30-2014
Sorry for this perhaps silly question but yesterday I noticed that the reason my retainer wasn't leveling up was because she had stopped earning experience and I am unsure why. She is a level 8 Marauder while I, myself, am level 13.
Is there any reason why she wouldn't be earning experience?

I'm seeing the same thing. When you look at the character attributes and gear, it lists a max level which, unless you have the class to 50, is definitely a lower level than your level in that class (5 levels it seems - that's what I'm seeing on my retainers as well).
Not sure if that's a bug or if I missed something in the ventures instructions.

I was wondering if it was a five levels thing but I didn't get around to testing it. Since its recurring I'll definitely try leveling to 14. Thank you very much.

The answers I've gotten is that until your own job/class level is 50, the retainer's level will always max at your level -5
