Hello again - Fox - 06-25-2014

Hello all, 

Some of you may remember me from launch-through-November, but it's been quite a bit of time since I've actually played XIV. After talking with my significant other about rejoining, we decided to come back to the game after a very taxing last semester (portfolio review and portfolio 1 both hit me at the same time). 

In any case, I'm Foxberry, photographer by profession and illustrator by hobby. You can find my art somewhere in the recesses of the forums if you're interested. Though I've also 'leveled up' in that respect as well. 

Piecing together Heart of Coeurl as well, you can find us on Balmung. Tonberry

Food pictures. Now I want sashimi. ;_; And those jellyfish are freakin' rocking! You should do more food pictures. For reasons.

Your colors are so bright and happy. I quite dig that commission you did for Makeera.

Haha thank you. I'm still learning quite a bit of food photography, I unfortunately had a pretty terrible professor last semester that's sort of pushed me away from wanting anything to do with the subject. Regardless I still prefer to photograph still life and landscapes opposed to portraiture.

Oh no! That's really too bad. Back when I played Aion I was buddies with this guy who did some photography stuff for a hospital, and he used to send me pictures of his lunch every day -- now I have a thing for food photography, haha. So boo to your professor -- I hope that your other professors made up for him/her!

My portfolio teacher made up for a lot of it. I enjoyed going to class and was excited every week to attend. 

That's pretty cool that someone was able to do photography work for a hospital, never really thought of that.
