RP element: Dark Endings is a group of adventurers who recognize the darker elements in a Final Fantasy world. We perform heroic and world-changing actions, yes, though it isn't for the betterment of the world as much as it is for... us. Some of us may have an... appreciation, let's say, for what so many people call 'Evil.' Granted, the forces the majority of the world currently recognize as such are power hungry, ruthless, destructive--let's just call them 'obvious.' They call to them every "Brightblade" and "Goodsword" and whatever other names the holier-than-thou 'heroes' name themselves these days directly to them. It's foolish. Those of Dark Endings seek to find a more subtle way of obtaining the power they need to... kindly lead the world into a better image--ours. That, of course, means "helping" people in the world and "reluctantly accepting" their rewards, building our power and coin until we can tackle those ridiculous evil forces. We all have our motives. We all have our loves, our yearnings, our friends. We're people, after all--not some nameless enigmatic world-destroyer.

Rules: We're generally casual, friendly, and open minded. We play both for the game and for roleplay. You're welcome to participate in either as much or as little as you desire. Just don't bring drama--unless it is part of your story! That said, your story is quite open. Just because many who join the RP Linkshell may be of a darker mindset--that doesn't mean YOU need to be. Perhaps you're a valiant warrior who seeks to reclaim our dark souls. Perhaps you've been redeemed. Or, perhaps you just want a roleplay guild and cannot find another. We're very open to story. That's why we love Final Fantasy, after all!
Additional info:
We are yet growing, so we are seeking anyone interested no matter how much roleplay you seek to be involved in. We're in the midst of finalizing some forums for out-of-game roleplay or character forums. Perhaps we might have some coordination with RPC as well. (By the way--thank you to RPC for opening up a forum designed for RP linkshells off of Besaid! We of Dark Endings had merely created on Mysidia before we even realized the RPC existed. [Besaid was, in fact, our second option for servers!])
