[Balmung] A new miqo'te pugilist RPer in town - Y'shenn Tia - 12-10-2014
Hello! My name is Kiro (feel free to call me by my character's name as well), and I'm new to Balmung and the RPC forums! My main account, Y'shenn Tia, is on Malboro, where all my close friends are. I've played FFXIV since the launch of Realm Reborn and been enjoying every moment!
But I've been wanting to get my feet wet with FFXIV RP, and make new friends, so I made another Y'shenn Tia on Balmung. Although I'm new to Balmung, I'm not new to RPing. I used to join a fair number of RP groups on deviantArt, so I do have experience. FFXIV is, however, my first MMO!

Since I don't really know anyone on Balmung, it's been a bit daunting to get started, but I look forward to meeting some of you and getting involved! Shoot me a message in-game, through Tumblr, via the forum, etc.! I'm always up for RPing and meeting new folks!
While I'm here, does anyone have any recommended linkshells, free companies, etc.? Both for RPing and general OOC. My new character is currently a level 26 pugilist, and it'd be nice to have people willing to help me run content (those DPS queues!) as I trek through the main story once again haha.

Ooooooh, thanks so much for the suggestions, Faye! I'll have a look into them! It's nice to see organized FCs that have rules, active websites, and applications. So used to seeing groups that just take in whoever for whatever reason hahaha. Hope to see you around!
