Hey there! I'm the guildmaster for the Confidante's Guild Free Company located on Goblin. We're trying to bring a roleplaying presence to the server, and really stand out as the premiere group to engage with for roleplay things. Largely at the moment, we're looking for people to bolster our ranks, as well as officers who will both be able to moderate the minutia of the operation and contribute to our upcoming RP Events. The Au Ra turns toward you and ask ''What do you want? Are you here to join our Free Company? Does it look like I have the time for this? Look at the mess! Fine, sit down somewhere, I'll send you someone.'' Everything happened so fast and you find yourself sitting down beside the fountain when the Viera approaches you. She hands you out a piece of paper covered in bloodstains and throws a pen at you. ''Sign here, there and there and welcome. What, you have questions? Fine!'' You could see that she wasn't very happy. Maybe because of the mess around? Or maybe it's you. Who knows? She proceed with the usual description of the Free Company ''We are Sky Pirates without a ship. As you can see, our house is half destroyed. We are looking for SOCIAL people that likes to hang around in Discord. We do endgame content, mostly EX and Raid but not Savage. We're in the process of making RP events and would love to have more RPers. And you need to be an adult to join because we often say explicit things. Are you going to sign now!?'' I've been having issues with leading my FC by myself due to my health issues, and I recently decided to start my FC lore over from scratch and could use someone to help me with events, ideas, managing the FC, etc. I've been running it completely by myself for so long, which just isn't viable due to my health conditions, and I could really use a helping hand. This person would be responsible for helping me with: Creative Collaboration for coming up with ideas for the FC relating to events, lore, story missions, etc. Hosting RP events and keep events going regularly Making sure FC Actions are active at all times Recruiting (The FC has only two actively RP'd characters) Smoothly introducing new FC members with story events Probably some other stuff I'm forgetting The FC is called The Mondathrii Clan <CLAN>, and it's a chaotic-good yakuza-style clan. The clan places a value on found-family rather than blood ties, so most of the clan is metaphorically adopted into the fold rather than born into it. They strive to help those in need, but they're not afraid to work outside of the law when the occasion calls for it, which has resulted in the clan having an underground presence and hosting multiple businesses as fronts for their true dealings. Most members have a specific tattoo on their left bicep that represents the clan, and the clan features a far eastern culture that has been passed down through its members for countless generations. TL;DR The Mondathrii Clan <CLAN> is a Far Eastern yakuza-themed FC of found family that strives to help people. Premise A young enterprising Xaela, upon being cast out into the world after a traumatic life, is looking to build a tribe of their own. The Iron Devils, officially a mercenary company under the employ of the Grand Companies of Eorzea and Doma, is said to be nothing more than a banner for criminals and thugs to hide behind. None will deny that they've spilled their fair share of Garlean and Beastmen blood, but there always seem to be "mishaps" or inventory gone missing. Some even say that they use their mercenary status to haul illicit goods back and forth between the East and West, some even claim that they've borne witness to the Devils selling folk to the Beastmen, but of course - it's all hearsay when none are willing or able to testify.
