- Views on RP combat and injuries:
- I've got mixed history with RP combat. To avoid potential arguments, I like to stick to in-game systems of combat. However, if rules are agreed upon in advance and the RP'ers consent to an outcome, then it can be fun.
As for injuries, I think it's important to allow injuries for character development. Some of the major characters in the game have scars that reflect their growth, so I believe it fair that some can't simply be magic'd away. At the same time, it's good to let healers ease the pain or do something that doesn't negate their role in the world.
- Views on IC romance:
- A world without romance isn't much of a world at all.
- Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc):
- Variety is the spice of life. The more depth to a character, including non romantic ties, the better.
- Views on lore:
- I love it! I like learning more about it. I think small deviations are okay to create variety in the RP community, but I hope there isn't anything too immersion breaking.
- Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc):
- Linkshells seem like perfectly lore-acceptable ways for characters to communicate via long distances.
