Many travelers attended the festivities during the Aleport event hosted by Limsa Lominsa Garden Today...
Rules and regulations regarded that weaponry be confiscated upon arrival and were carried out. It seems amiss all the chaos during the activities,
many of the weapons have seemingly been stolen. Ul'Dah Garden's Headmaster, Ventus Zeruel conducted a meeting regarding the academies missing equipment with the security stationed there by Jack Swift.
Dair Brainse, Headmaster of Gridania Garden as well as other various organizations have put out a warrant for the thieves arrest. Anyone with any details about who may have stolen the weapons, please report to any of the heads of the academies.
Not much is known currently on the details of the theft, but current leads show it could have been an inside job, lead by bandits posing as official guards for the festival.
UPDATE: New details have arisen, and the case is soon coming to an eventual conclusion! Recent reports dictate that Ventus Zeruel, Headmaster of the Academy of Ul'Dah Garden has had various loans pulled from his benefactor in his increasing amounts of debt! The Gardens enemies seemed to have been targeting from the beginning, as well as those allied close to them. Zeruel, himself states that in being unable to pay off his loans to the benefactor, they may have targeted them during the event, thus stealing many of the students weapons as well as clans who were known to have interacted with the academy. Is this an attack on the Gardens reputation!?
Ventus Zeruel speaks with us on the matter...
"I offer my deepest apologies to those effected by this recent theft, Those who have been in debt may understand the situation we are in currently. It takes a lot of gil to run an organization like this...and in order to stabilize our community we've had to turn to some rather shady characters in order to keep things rolling. I also offer my sincerest apoligies to the Hungry Wolf company, who were recently accused of the theft. If anything we should be at fault, and we will fix this..."
Well that's it folks!
We will update as much as we can on the current situation.
