There's nothing posted about it on the official site just yet but in-game it's easy enough to confirm. The weekly cap has doubled from 450 to 900 which should help alleviate the concerns of those struggling to gear up their character(s) before the expansion launches.

Huh. That's an awful lot of grinding every week if there's no increase to roulette rewards or dungeon completion.

\o/ That may be double the work but idgaf. I usually wind up capped on Chao by the weekend with how much t2 I farm anyway. Now I can get a new item every week!

Oh I'll be doing all my dailies now, I haven't done that for awhile.

I can get my Weapons without being all moody for saving up 3 weeks. xD I've been demotivated from FCOB farming and so I need like 20892 magitek weapons.

Yeah I just saw this myself. Quite a surprise!

Suppose I'll be able to squeeze a few more runs in here and there now. Which is nice as an option, but I hardly find it to be a requirement for myself.
