II. RP StyleÂ
- Amount of RP (light, medium, heavy):
- Heavy RP when I do RP. I guess people use the term 'mirror RPer' these days. If I get a big post, I'll write a big post back. I'm totally ok with /say dialogue only. RP is RP, I'll take it.Â
- Views on RP combat and injuries:
- I like predetermined fights. I like dice rolling. I do try to avoid character vs character fights with people I don't know OOCly. Injuries are fine, they happen. As long as there's no death going on, I'm cool with it.
- Views on IC romance:
- Spoken for? It's complicated most of the time. I like romance RP though, my character doesn't. I enjoy torturing my character.
- Views on non-romantic RP (family ties, etc):
- I like it! Non romantic RP is my jam. Family ties are ok too, one of the main reasons why I use randomized last names. Where my cousins at?
- Views on lore:
- Yes, lore, please. Give me the lore. All of the lore. I'm ok with slight lore bends. I'm not going to ream someone's character if they don't stick to lore exactly but I'll probably avoid them.
- Views on chat functions (/say, /linkshell, etc):
- /s is IC, a lot of people do the "thing" in IC but I have stood my ground and haven't bothered doing that, as I normally would just put any actions my character is taking in an emote. (( parentheses/brackets is universal ooc ))
/em is IC unless there's some (( ooc going on ))
/p is for not public RP, not just ERP. Maybe a fight we don't want someone barging in on? Maybe a private conversation you don't feel like mistelling?
/tell is fine for IC stuff too
My only IC linkshell is my FC one.
