My character has a secret poetry writing hobby so this poetry will all be in character poetry with each poem relating to something about my character ok ...

TEEN YEARS
WRITTEN DURING MISSION HUNTING KILLER RABBIT
READ UP IN ARCHIVES UNDER MY CHARACTERS HISTORY TO SEE SOMETHING THERE

FIRST POEM : MY LITTLE RABBIT

today I was hungry again
all alone I found a little friend
I wander if it all is just the same
as my poor friends life has to come to an end

I was just sitting in the open fields of grass
As I was just waiting for this long day to pass
I felt bored and found you as you came out your hole
You never did anything to deserve this fateful role

I began to talk to you as if you could understand
Sadly I never knew what was about to be done by my hand
My tummy growled so loud as I kept looking at you
as you looked back as if to say you would try and eat me too

It felt so bad that I knew what I was gonna do
I was now about to have to eat you
I rubbed your furry ears and I shed my secret tears
Then something happened to chase away my fears

You were a killer rabbit and jumped and attacked me
Sadly I was too fast for you to ever beat me
I stabbed you quick and fast and then I gave you a hug
My precious friend , my precious food that I love

When I am hungry , I eat a rabbit
It is so sad , you made me get this bad habit
But one day when I see you eating a carrot
I will be glad to eat you again my little rabbit

OOC : will also put teen years or adult years so you can get the time line of each poem more or less
mainly finishing up my character's childhood now so I can focus more on his adulthood so I can be done
before I start playing

TEEN YEARS
WRITTEN AFTER THE DAY THAT THE LEADER DIED

WHY

I guess this was gonna happen some day
He always said it would be better if I ran away
I know that I must never cry
But I can not stop now and I don't know why

What is this feeling that is so bad
Why does it have to be so sad
I followed you , but I can not follow you anymore
What were you really preparing me for

I wander why you even liked me
Why did you have to choose to die when we
We promised to always run away and only do things for money
But you said this is our home and tried to save it which was funny

I hate jokes and I want to hate you
Why , could you not take me with too

( crying on the page as he then continues writing )

I will travel , I will study , even though I hate them a lot
I will take up my blade and give this life a shot

I may not be as good as you or as bad
But I will rather not die and live real sad

Why I have to live on to find out what is true

I know no one else in this huge world , but I
Will never stop until I know why...

WRITTEN IN ADULT YEARS
IN LIMSA LOMINSA

FOLLOWING THE RED PATH

Walking alone as I enter my usual tavern in Limsa Lominsa
I was thirsty and a bit hungry after coming this far
I saw for the first time a stranger with red hair
Curiously as I headed towards that Elezen there

I greeted that strange red hair who I did not know
He showed his hand to me as my confusion began to show
Why did this stranger not show fear
Just grinning in a way that made me not wish to go near

Then I swallowed my confusion and began to speak to this Elezen
So strange that I even thought to greet him then
I asked for work he asked me for my talents
I replied to him as my mind begins to balance

I felt like I could not trust him , I figured he was a hustler
Then I just decided to trust him as I would trust her ( her referring to someone in Len's past )
On that day I wanted work but instead found purpose
I became a Spectral Warden as my eyes began to focus

A pearl he gave me that was real cool
He gave me only one as I asked for another like a fool
I may or may not ever trully trust this elezen man
but the red hair called to me with an unclear plan

I will follow this red path of destiny
As I will now find my true divinity ( divinity to him is something different to that which is known by others )
